cardiovascular machines (bicycles, treadmills and rowers) weight
machines plus a good selection of free weights. Private training
is available (by appointment only), along with a variety of
fitness classes catering to different fitness levels. |

Custom-designed all purpose indoor
swimming pool is large enough for doing laps or just to relax
in. Palm trees and deck chairs set the mood for sunbathing on

Jacuzzi, Sauna & Steam room |

The men's and ladies' locker rooms each have
separate shower stalls, steam room and sauna. The Jacuzzi is
kept at 30 degrees Celsius for membersĄ¯ comfort and enjoyment.

Parking is available to members and their guests in the buildingĄ¯s
basement, levels 1 and 2. Club Members enjoy a special rate
of RMB3/ hour. Members are requested to have their parking tickets
validated at the front desk on the 4th & 28th floors prior
to leaving the building. |
